Bizerba has made a standard integration with us. The following list gives an overview of the functionalities and uses of this integration.
POS integration
Scan a card or app: With a barcode scanner connected to your POS system, you can quickly and easily scan loyalty member cards or apps.
Create a member: Create a new loyalty member profile with your POS system - add details like birthday, first and last name, and other attributes to create a complete profile.
Loyalty member profiles: Sync loyalty profiles with your POS system. Simply enter information such as email address, card number or customer ID to display member details on your POS screen.
Forgotten Card Solution: Create a loyalty scan by entering a participant's email address into your POS system. Add points or allow participants to redeem rewards on your POS system without an external device
Redeem points for rewards
Rewards list: Generate a participant-specific rewards list with (customer) details at your POS. Think points balance, participant data such as purchase behavior, and other valuable data. This appears as soon as their card or app is scanned or after a (purchase) action.
Giftcard integration through POS
Gift card scanning: scan physical or digital gift cards with your POS system. Use them to reload or use gift cards to pay.
How to install
As a first step, request the integration from your personal Bizerba account manager to check if your system is suitable for integration.
All you need from Piggy is an API key that you enter into the POS system. You can easily create this API key in the business dashboard.
